PLEASE NOTE: Edelweiss B&B will be closed until June 1.

edelweiss fire pitPerched high on a hilltop overlooking Hermann, Edelweiss B&B welcomes guests with true Hermann hospitality. The south wing of the house, which was completely renovated in 2012, has two lovely guests suites with luxurious private baths.

Edelweiss guests enjoy . . .

  • A hearty, homemade breakfast of eggs, local sausage from the Hermann Wurst Haus, bacon, pancakes or French toast, and fresh fruit in season
  • Luxurious private bathrooms with large showers
  • In-room mini-fridge
  • Newly decorated bedrooms
  • Use of the large living room, which has sweeping views of Hermann and a large stone fireplace
  • Private entrances
  • A large patio and fire pit—great for morning coffee or relaxing at the end of the day

Edelweiss was built in 1967 by St. Louis baseball great Ken Boyer, who loved Hermann and made his home here for several years. If these walls could talk, locals who remember Boyer say they'd have some great stories to tell.
